In the unlikely event of an emergency, the City of Uvalde will immediately dispatch trained personnel upon notification of an emergency. Effective communication and coordination between Emergency Responders and the City of Uvalde is important for successful management of pipeline incidents. The City of Uvalde is requesting that each Emergency Response Agency complete a capability survey. This survey will allow the City of Uvalde to understand each agency’s capabilities and will assist the City of Uvalde in providing an expedited and coordinated response.
